We hold the required credits when you submit a quote. We charge them only when the customer chooses your quote and both sides receive contact details. This is a connection, not a booked or completed job. While credits are on hold, you can't use them for another quote.

If the customer connects with another provider, we immediately release your hold for that request. We release all holds if the final selection deadline passes without a choice or the request is cancelled before a connection.

No. We don't sell premium listings, priority placement or boosts. Eligible quotes enter the comparison without an extra exposure fee. We're still deciding quote eligibility and display order.

Providers can submit quotes for 48 hours from the time a request opens. After intake closes, the customer has 72 hours to choose. They can choose earlier, which closes quote intake. A customer can request an extension; we're still deciding its duration and conditions.

We'll review your service and coverage area and may email you about the pilot. Applying is free and needs no payment details. It doesn't guarantee admission or customer requests. New customer requests and formal provider registration aren't open yet.

We haven't chosen the first service category or set credit prices. We're looking for independent pros and small teams whose customers can describe what they need and compare quotes with a clear scope and extra-cost conditions. We'll share the pilot scope and prices before you decide to join.
